This product is a multi-functional device developed by our company, specifically designed for the detection and recording of dust particles in working environments. It can accurately detect the content ratio of dust particles in the environment, thereby determining whether the working environment meets the product production requirements. It plays a significant role in improving the production quality of some high-demand products. This product can also transmit relevant data to a computer for storage via network connection for easy query, providing a basis for data comparison and environmental improvement.

The Dust particle monitor is an instrument used to measure the number of dust particles per unit volume and particle size distribution in a clean environment. It can be widely applied to authoritative institutions such as provincial and municipal institute for drug control, blood centers, epidemic prevention stations, centers for disease control and prevention, and quality supervision institutes, as well as production enterprises and scientific research departments in the electronics industry, pharmaceutical workshops, semiconductors, optical or precision machinery processing, plastics, painting, hospitals, environmental protection, and inspection institutes.

This product can simultaneously detect the number of particles of 0.3μm, 0.5μm, 1.0μm, 2.5μm, 5.0μm, and 10μm within the detection area. It is equipped with a 4.3-inch intelligent LCD color screen, which dynamically displays the size of dust particles per unit volume through visualization. It also has an alarm function; when the value exceeds the alarm range, the buzzer and the dual-color alarm light will be triggered for alarm notification. When the network is abnormal, data can be stored locally to ensure the accuracy of data monitoring.

3. Has an alarm function; when the device's monitoring value is higher than the alarm range, the buzzer will be triggered and the data will turn red for alarm.

4. Has a local storage function; serial flash memory is used for cyclic data storage. When communication is poor, it ensures data is stored locally.

5. The monitoring device visually and dynamically displays the size of dust particles per unit volume.

6. The detector can simultaneously monitor the number of particles of 0.3μm, 0.5μm, 1.0μm, 2.5μm, 5.0μm, and 10μm within the detection area.
